Not a technique to learn. Not therapy. Not sport.
The gesture that emerges when you stop forcing.
Yet it was my way through.
In a moment when I felt stuck,
the mind spinning without ever reaching into the body,
I found grounding through the flow of physical gesture.
The sphere of movement brought me back to myself.

No experience required. No preparation. Just the willingness to observe what happens between body and mind.
The whip responds to what's happening in your head. Every block is information. Every flow is a measure of how present you are.
The crack happens when the body leads. It isn't forced — the conditions are created for it to emerge. That's how you discover the flow of presence.
Besides being very stimulating, it’s an activity that has a very positive effect on centring, and it’s also interesting as a motor exercise, ideal for team building too. Fun guaranteed!
At first it seems like a strange and difficult activity, but as soon as you pick up the whip and start cracking it, it immediately becomes fun and engaging. There are many techniques and moves to learn: it’s excellent training for coordination, concentration and control. An original experience, and truly recommended!
Using a whip is harder than it looks… You don’t need to think at all, but rather to feel its movement and learn to flick your wrist at the right moment to get a crack. It’s a super fun and slightly eccentric exercise, and Jelena guides you with kindness! Thank you
